  1. Their classic debut album. Absolutely essential for all hip hop fans, inc 'PASS THE POPCORN', 'GOOD MUSIC', 'THE SESSION' and more. This record needs to be in every hip hop fans library. Last week THE Roots dropped their new album, so it's time to restock this in bigger numbers/5(44).
  2. If you love the roots go get this album. The sound quality on this vinyl edition far exceeds the CD version. Looks like someone took the time to do a wonderful remastering of source material before transferring to vinyl. I wish someone will do the same with their live album, The Roots Come Alive--it too deserves resurrection on vinyl/5(44).
  3. View credits, reviews, tracks and shop for the CD release of Organix on Discogs. Label: Remedy Recordings - none • Format: CD Album • Country: US • Genre: Hip Hop • The Roots - Organix (, CD) | Discogs/5(6).
  4. The Roots' unknown first album that was recorded in Europe and released independently in 93 before the Roots signed with MCA. Good news for you: this is quite possibly the Roots best LP. It's more raw than "Do You Want More," with a playful sound, that at points, focuses more on the live-band aspect of emcee/band interaction/5(44).
